The training will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to manage and support a simple, multi-location Cisco® Unified Communications Manager (CM) solution with Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) gateway. The course covers the initial parameters, managing devices including phones and video endpoints, managing users and media resources, and the maintenance and troubleshooting tools for Cisco Unified Communications solutions. You will also learn the basics of SIP dial plans, including connecting to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services and using Class of Service features.

This course provides the basic knowledge required to take the CCNP® Collaboration certification courses. However, it is not intended for exam preparation. It is also recommended as entry-level training for newcomers to Cisco on-premise collaboration technologies.
