The PRINCE2 Compact Agile Training is your best opportunity to become an agile expert in the PRINCE2 environment in a time-saving way and to work out the application in detail.

You will learn the content from both the PRINCE2 Foundation Agile and the PRINCE2 Practitioner Agile training courses. The content is taught with a strong practical focus in order to make it easier for you to combine theory and practice and to maximise your learning success.

. In just 5 days, you will learn the detailed content of PRINCE2 Foundation Agile and PRINCE2 Practitioner Agile. You will cover the basics of PRINCE2, its processes and models. In addition, you will deal with familiar agile methods such as SCRUM and Kanban and learn how to adapt PRINCE2 to your project environment. Due to the high practical relevance, you will have the opportunity to link the contents to your business and to evaluate them. During the training, you will optimally prepare for the official PRINCE2 exams, which you will take as part of the training.

You are a project manager or employee, leader, managing director or work in the area of project support or change management. You want to learn the basics of PRINCE2 and become an expert in implementing PRINCE2 in agile project situations.
You do not need any previous knowledge to participate in the PRINCE2 Compact Agile. All the necessary content will be conveyed to you in the training.
SERVIEW's PRINCE2 Compact Agile (Foundation & Agile) is officially accredited and meets the requirements of the Official Accreditor of PRINCE2 (AXELOS). This gives you the guarantee that you will be taught all the crucial content of PRINCE2.
  • The examination fee is included in the participant price and is for both examinations: 560,- EUR/participant plus VAT.
  • Optional: Examination insurance for repeat examination: 128,00 € / participant plus VAT.
  • Duration: 60 minutes PRINCE2 Foundation Agile and 150 minutes PRINCE2 Practitioner Agile - You will take the exams during the training.
  • Questions: Multiple-choice questions
  • Further information: To pass the exam you need to achieve 35 points (50%) in Foundation and 30 points (60%) in Agile.
    The maximum score is 70 (100%) in Practitioner and 50 (100%) in Agile.
    In the PRINCE2 Agile exam you are allowed to use the original books. (Open Book exam)
