In this ITIL 4 Foundation intensive course you will learn all the basics of the framework in an exceptionally practical way.

From the basic ITIL 4 Foundation principles and key terms to common practices such as Continuous Improvement, Incident Management and Change Control, and preparation for the official exam, you will experience the entire ITIL 4 Foundation training course according to the groundbreaking SERVIEW Workbook Principle®. This means that our certified ITIL 4 Foundation trainer teaches you all the content in a constant exchange using memorable examples - completely without PowerPoint.

Because this ITIL 4 Foundation training is accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (AXELOS), you will complete your official ITIL certification directly after the ITIL 4 Foundation training. This enables you to take part in higher-level ITIL courses and continue your way to becoming a Managing Professional or Strategic Leader without hesitation.

    The training consists of different contents and aspects, which flow into each other. The training is based on the official syllabus. Basically, you will learn the ITIL4 theory and prepare for the ITIL4 Foundation exam .

        You do not need any previous knowledge to take part in the ITIL4 Foundation. All the necessary content is taught to you in the training.
