In this ITIL 4 Foundation intensive course you will learn all the basics of the framework in an exceptionally practical way.

From the basic ITIL 4 Foundation principles and key terms to common practices such as Continuous Improvement, Incident Management and Change Control, and preparation for the official exam, you will experience the entire ITIL 4 Foundation training course according to the groundbreaking SERVIEW Workbook Principle®. This means that our certified ITIL 4 Foundation trainer teaches you all the content in a constant exchange using memorable examples - completely without PowerPoint.

Because this ITIL 4 Foundation training is accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (AXELOS), you will complete your official ITIL certification directly after the ITIL 4 Foundation training. This enables you to take part in higher-level ITIL courses and continue your way to becoming a Managing Professional or Strategic Leader without hesitation.

    The training consists of different contents and aspects, which flow into each other. The training is based on the official syllabus. Basically, you will learn the ITIL4 theory and prepare for the ITIL4 Foundation exam .

    • Exam Preparation
        For example, you are a manager or employee of a service or IT organisation, a leader, a director, an IT professional or a business manager. Or you want to gain a basic understanding of ITIL and obtain the official certificate.
        You do not need any previous knowledge to take part in the ITIL4 Foundation. All the necessary content is taught to you in the training.
        You will learn the basics of IT Service Management according to ITIL4 at Foundation Level. This includes the basic ITIL4 principles, practices and roles. During the training you will acquire the necessary language skills and prepare yourself optimally for the official ITIL4 Foundation exam. The ITIL Foundation exam tests the theoretical knowledge you have acquired so that you can move confidently in IT service management practice and successfully master the further path to becoming a Managing Professional or Leader.

        SERVIEW's ITIL4 Foundation is officially accredited and meets the requirements of the Official Accreditor of ITIL (AXELOS). This gives you the guarantee that you will be taught all the crucial content of ITIL.

        • Duration: 60 minutes
          You take the online exam on a date of your choice after the training.
        • Questions: 40 multiple choice questions
        • Further information: To pass the exam you need to score 26 points (65%). The maximum score is 40 (100%). No aids are allowed and it is not a scenario-based exam....
        • Examination languages: German or English
