The workshop provides participants with a deeper understanding of the possible uses of group policies, especially a more intensive insight into the new possibilities of "preferences". The handling of group policies is explained through examples, practical knowledge and hands-on exercises. It goes from the basic understanding of group policies (creating, saving, editing) to optimisation (number, processing order) to special settings as well as new setting options for Windows 10. Furthermore, the differences between classic GPO settings and new preferences are highlighted.

This course serves the acquisition of practical knowledge and the exchange of experience. Manufacturer certification is not intended.
