The SoftwareONE Academy training „Lizenzmanager I” is offering an educational program to teach the basics in License Management and Software Asset Management unregarded of vendors. In addition to that, we also teach the content of Software Asset Management according to ISO 19770 -1:2012.

• How to evaluate a SAM Tool
Day 3
• SAM processes according to ISO standard
• Overview of ISO 19770:2012
• ISO 19770-1:2012 SAM processes definitions
• Organisational management processes for SAM
• Control environment for SAM
• Planning and implementation processes for SAM
• Core processes of SAM
• Inventory processes for SAM
• Verification and compliance for SAM
• Operations management and interfaces for SAM
• Primary process interfaces for SAM 
The course is designed for people from IT, purchasing and controlling who are or will be entrusted with license management.
A good technical understanding of common IT technologies and terminology is recommended.
You will have the option to take an exam at the end of the 3-day training to obtain the title "Global License Manager I with TÜV Rheinland certified qualification". You register for the exam directly with TÜV Rheinland after the training. You can find out more about the exam here: TÜV-Examination Regulations Global License Manager I. 

The voucher for the TÜV exam is already included in the course price at a price of € 430,--.

If your training takes place in the Virtual Classroom, you will receive digital training materials via the Mimeo platform (included in the course price). These can be used online but also offline in the Mimeo environment (search/notes, etc.). For most of the trainings it is possible to download the documents as personalized PDF. If you would like printed training materials in addition to the digital materials, you can order them for € 74,-- net via the registration form.

Due to copyright restrictions, printing and PDF download of the Day3 document of this course is not possible. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send printed training materials to Switzerland and other non-EU countries for customs clearance reasons.

All on-site training courses are generally provided with printed training documents (paper - included in the course price).  If you would like to receive additional digital training material via Mimeo, you can order this at a price of € 24,-- net via the registration form.
