In our training to become a Tiba-certified AI project manager, you will learn how to successfully implement AI projects. We start with the basics of artificial intelligence, cover project management methods that are specifically tailored to AI projects and deepen your skills in using modern AI tools for resource planning and risk minimisation. You will learn how to apply your theoretical knowledge immediately in practical exercises in which you play through real AI project scenarios. Become an expert in the planning and implementation of AI projects in your company!
