The compact course for all those who want to get started in agile project management: The Scrum Master & Product Owner training opens up the whole world of Scrum to you in the shortest possible time.

You will learn all aspects of the Scrum framework in a dynamic dialogue with one of our experienced trainers. In the process, you will prepare for the official exams to become a Scrum Master and Product Owner.

The focus here is on interactive collaboration and entertaining examples from practice. As a result, you will internalise all the important contents in a targeted manner and with a high level of practical relevance - from the three Scrum pillars to various principles, artefacts and roles to different sprint events. As always, the unique SERVIEW Workbook Principle® ensures the perfect training pace.

After this compact Scrum training, you can obtain the recognised PSM1 (Scrum Master) and PSPO1 (Product Owner) certifications from scrum.org online.

You are a project manager or team member, product manager, working in project support or a SCRUM team. You want to get a basic understanding of agile project management and SCRUM and officially become a SCRUM Master or SCRUM Product Owner and obtain the certificates.
You do not need any previous knowledge to participate in the training. All necessary content will be taught to you in the training, practical knowledge and experience in SCRUM facilitate the learning objective.
To prepare for the training, we strongly recommend reading the official SCRUM Guide in advance.
Exam details
  • Duration: Both 60 minutes - You take the exams online at scrum.org after the training.
  • Questions: 80 multiple choice & true/false questions
  • Further information: To pass the exams you must achieve 85% on each.
  • Exam languages: English
  • Examination institute: Scrum.org
The exam is not included in the training. To take part, you must register on scrum.org for your desired exam.

SCRUM exam fee: 450,00 € plus VAT. (not included in the participant price)

This seminar is held in cooperation with SERVIEW.

The three-day training starts at 9.00 am and ends at 5.00 pm. There are sufficient break times (coffee breaks, lunch break) during the training.
