The seminar provides SAP customers with a quick introduction to the new SAP licensing world. Existing SAP customers will learn how to optimise licence stocks in the context of S/4HANA conversions or subsequent purchases and how to avoid possible contractual risks.

In addition, information will be provided on typical scenarios in a cloud environment - e.g. DSGVO - and how companies can deal with this.

Current topics, such as cloud contracts and their special features, as well as the handling of volume-based metrics, will be dealt with in depth.

Finally, the participants will receive tips on how to prepare for negotiations and on the important qualitative content of a licence agreement.

SAP old / new metrics
