In 5 days, you will learn the basic knowledge of MSP and become an expert in practical application and implementation.

You will develop the basics within the framework of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation and then move on to practical application. In the second section, the MSP Practitioner, you will work with the other participants on real-life scenarios. You will thus learn and experience the principles, roles and functions of MSP and prepare optimally for the exams that take place during the training.

In 5 days you will learn the basics and practical application of. You will learn the basic principles of MSP and the process not only in theory but also in practice and put yourself in the different functions and roles. During the training you will prepare for the two official MSP exams. You will take the MSP Foundation exam on the third day and the MSP Practitioner exam on the last day.

The training consists of the theoretical contents of the Foundation and the practical application of MSP according to the Practitioner concept.

You are a project manager or staff member, leader, managing director or work in programme management offices, project support or change management. You want to become an expert in the practical application and implementation of MSP.
You do not need any previous knowledge to participate in our MSP Compact, all necessary content will be taught to you in the training.

SERVIEW's MSP Compact Training is officially accredited and meets the requirements of the Official Accreditor of MSP (AXELOS). This gives you the guarantee that you will be taught all the crucial contents of MSP.

  • The examination fee is included in the participant price.
  • Optional: Examination insurance for repeat examination: 95.00 € / participant plus VAT.
  • Duration: Foundation: 60 minutes, Practitioner: 150 minutes - You will take the exam during the training.
  • Questions: Foundation: 75 multiple choice questions, Practitioner: 8 scenario-based questions.
  • Further information: To pass the exam you need to score 35 points (50%) for Foundation and 40 points (50%) for Practitioner. The maximum score is 70 (100%) and 80 for the Practitioner. No aids are allowed in the Foundation exam. In addition, 5 questions are test questions and are not scored. In the Practitioner exam you are allowed to use the original book. (Open Book exam).
