M_o_R and become an expert in practical application and implementation.

You will first learn the basics with the M_o_R Foundation and then the practical application in the Practitioner. In the M_o_R Practitioner you work together with the other participants on a practical case study. In this way, you learn and experience the principles, roles and functions and prepare yourself optimally for the exams that take place in the training.

In 5 days, you learn the basics and practical application of Management of Risk. You will learn the basic principles of risk management based on M_o_R and the process-driven procedure not only in theory but also in practice. In doing so, you will put yourself in the shoes of the various functions and roles. During the training, you will prepare for the two official M_o_R exams. You will take the M_o_R Foundation exam on the second day and the M_o_R Practitioner exam on the last day.

The training consists of the theoretical content of the Foundation and the practical application of M_o_R according to the Practitioner concept.

You are a project manager or employee, leader, managing director or work in the field of project support or change management. You want to become an expert in the practical application and implementation of M_o_R.
You do not need any previous knowledge to take part in our M_o_R Compact Training, all the necessary content will be taught to you in the training.

SERVIEW's M_o_R Compact Training is officially accredited and meets the requirements of the Official Accreditor of M_o_R (AXELOS). This gives you the guarantee that you will be taught all the crucial contents of M_o_R.

  • The examination fee is included in the participant price.
  • Optional: Examination insurance for repeat examination: 95.00 € / participant plus VAT.
  • Duration: Foundation: 60 minutes, Practitioner: 180 minutes - You will take the exam during the training.
  • Questions: Foundation: 75 multiple choice questions, Practitioner: 4 question blocks.
  • Further information: To pass the exam you need to score 35 points (50%) for Foundation and 40 points (50%) for Practitioner. The maximum score is 70 (100%) and 80 for the Practitioner. No aids are allowed in the Foundation exam. In the Practitioner exam you may use the original book. (Open Book Examination).
