After learning the theoretical basics for a structured approach to the introduction of licence management in Licence Manager I, practical application is taught in Licence Manager II. Since Licence Manager II builds on Licence Manager I, attendance at Licence Manager I is a prerequisite for Licence Manager II.

The content of the seminar corresponds to that of the DTL08 - Licence Manager II seminar. By focusing the target group purely on the public sector, an optimal focus on the needs of licence managers in public sector companies is achieved.

Based on real case studies and exercise scenarios, the knowledge gained in Licence Manager I is applied in practical exercises.

The added value and profitability of a genuine proactive licence manager compared to a purely reactive licence processor is comprehensibly worked out and proven.

- Practical applications of what was learned in Licence Manager I.
- Maturity analysis of own company processes for SAM with the help of ISO 19770-1.
- Exercises based on real scenarios on typical tasks of a licence manager
- Dealing with the dynamically changing licensing rules of various manufacturers.

The knowledge gained will be deepened with the help of cross-manufacturer examples from practice. Among other things, the focus is on topics such as planning an IT landscape with regard to licensing and the challenge of a licence audit. Licence management is understood here as a dynamic and sustainable process.

In contrast to Licence Manager I, the training has more the character of a workshop.
