According to the recommendations of PeopleCert, the official rights holder of ITIL, it is necessary to renew the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate every three years. Our one-day training course offers you an ideal opportunity to refresh your knowledge and optimally prepare for the upcoming ITIL 4 Foundation re-certification.

In this dynamic and intensive training course, we cover all the essential topics of ITIL 4 in a compact and comprehensible form. The aim is to prepare you in the best possible way for successfully passing the re-certification exam.

IT professionals with existing ITIL certification: Ideal for professionals who already hold ITIL 4 Foundation or an earlier version of ITIL certification and need to renew it in accordance with PeopleCert's recommendations.

You should be in possession of an ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.

  • The examination fee is included in the participant price.
  • Optional: Examination insurance for re-examination: €69.00 / participant plus VAT.

Duration:

60 minutes

Option1:
Paper-based exam

You take the exam directly at the end of the training course in the training room.
The exam is in the conventional written format (paper, pen).

Option 2:
Online exam

You take the online exam on a date of your choice after the training course.
You will receive a voucher from us that is valid for 12 months.

40 multiple-choice questions

Further information:

To pass the exam, you must achieve 26 points (65%).
The maximum score is 40 (100%).
