IT knowledge is almost taken for granted these days. Every modern workplace requires a certain understanding of it. However, not everyone can easily find their way around the technical jargon of IT.

In order to introduce laypersons to the subject matter and close basic knowledge gaps, the Licence Academy offers this basic training. In the two-day training, basic IT terms are explained clearly, the components of a classic IT infrastructure are presented in detail and thematic connections are clarified practically.

This reduces fear of contact and promotes a lasting understanding of technical issues. In this way, misunderstandings can be avoided in everyday life and internal professional processes can be accelerated.
