In an increasingly digitalised world, practical IT knowledge is becoming more and more important and it is almost assumed that you know the basic interrelationships and concepts of IT, have a good idea of how modern IT infrastructures are set up and can confidently deal with buzzwords such as cloud computing, big data or AI. However, many face the challenge of closing fundamental knowledge gaps in order to correctly categorise technical terms and new technologies.

In two days, our basic training provides you with the necessary IT knowledge in a compact, practical and entertaining way to deal with modern technology confidently and confidently in everyday working life. All content and thematic contexts are conveyed in simple terms and very clearly. This reduces fear of contact and promotes a lasting understanding of technical issues.
