System administrators, helpdesk staff and supporters who are responsible for the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows 11 clients or integration into an existing domain infrastructure.

Experience in working with Windows 10 is required, as well as initial knowledge of Active Directory (e.g. users and groups), working with group policies (GPO), remote administration tools (RSAT), apps and applications, basic firewall, handling printers, managing devices and data carriers.
