Self-service portals are an efficient method for Microsoft to offer you as a customer services and administration options - both as a purchasing and administration portal. More and more options are being opened up to you to ensure quick and easy administration of Microsoft products. The more options you are presented with, the greater the challenge in your daily work with these portals. It's easy to lose the overview.

Questions often arise such as:

  • Which portals are necessary for me?
  • What is the correct login process?
  • What does a suitable authorisation structure look like?
  • Which account do I really need: Microsoft or business account?

In this training course, you will learn about the options offered by Microsoft portals (with a focus on licence management and cloud administration) and find out how to use them efficiently. Our expert will also give you lots of useful tips on how to use the portals.

  • Microsoft 365 Admincenter - contract view of the former VLSC portal
  • Microsoft Business Center Portal (MBC) - MS has announced the discontinuation and relocation to the Microsoft 365 Admincenter - but no date has been given yet
  • Visual Studio Admin Centre
  • Microsoft 365 Admincenter - management of the tenant
  • Azure Portal - commercial overview
  • Questions from your practice

If your training course takes place in the Virtual Classroom, you will receive digital training documents via the Mimeo platform (included in the course price), which can be used online and offline in the Mimeo environment (search/notes, etc.). If you would like printed training documents in addition to the digital documents, you can order these for € 74,-- net via the registration form.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send printed training materials to Switzerland and other non-EU countries for customs reasons.

All classroom training courses are generally equipped with printed training documents (paper - included in the course price). If you would also like a digital training document via Mimeo, you can order this for € 24 net via the registration form.

For face-to-face courses, refreshments during breaks (drinks, pastries and lunch) are included in the course price.
